We are based in Tucson, Arizona — our office is at 3444 N Country Club Rd, Ste 105, Tucson, AZ 85716. While we're Arizona-rooted, we serve local service businesses nationwide. About half of our active clients are located outside of Arizona.

Google Marketing

Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) is the free listing that shows up in Google Search and Maps when someone looks for your type of business nearby. Our monthly GBP Management service optimizes and actively manages that profile on your behalf — including posting updates, managing photos, responding to reviews, updating hours/services, and monitoring your profile's performance. Starting at $349/mo.

GBP Setup ($399 one-time) is for businesses that don't have a Google Business Profile yet, or whose existing profile is incomplete, unverified, or poorly optimized. It's a one-time service that launches and fully optimizes the profile from scratch.

GBP Management ($349+/mo) is an ongoing monthly service for businesses that already have a profile and want it actively maintained, updated, and optimized every month to continually improve rankings and visibility.

Most clients see measurable improvement in profile views and direction requests within 30–60 days of consistent optimization. Ranking improvements in Google Maps (the "3-pack") typically build over 60–90 days. Local SEO through directory listings is cumulative — the full impact of 70+ directory submissions builds over 3–6 months. We track everything monthly so you can see the progress.

Google uses directory citations (consistent business name, address, and phone across the web) as a local ranking signal. Our Local SEO Booster submits and maintains your business information across 70+ directories — Yelp, Apple Maps, Bing, Facebook, and dozens of industry-specific sites. No. If you don't have one, or if your current profile is unclaimed or unverified, our GBP Setup service handles everything — including the Google verification process. If you do have a profile already, we'll do a full audit before recommending setup vs. management. Just tell us where you're starting from and we'll figure it out on our strategy call.

Paid Advertising

Local Service Ads are Google's pay-per-lead ad product that appears at the very top of search results — above regular Google Ads. When your business is approved, you receive a green "Google Guaranteed" checkmark badge that signals to customers that Google has verified your business, license, and insurance. You only pay when a customer contacts you directly through the ad. We handle the full setup, verification, and ongoing management starting at $499 setup.

Geo-Fencing lets you draw a virtual boundary around any physical location — a neighborhood, a zip code, a competitor's parking lot, or a specific street — and serve ads to anyone who enters that zone on their mobile device or connected TV (streaming apps). It's hyper-local targeting with no wasted spend on people outside your service area. We offer three tiers — Starter, Growth, and Pro — depending on your market size and goals.

Google PPC targets people based on what they search for. Geo-Fencing targets people based on where they physically are or have been. They work differently and often complement each other:

  • Google PPC: Best for capturing people actively searching for your service right now.
  • Geo-Fencing: Best for brand awareness and targeting within a specific geographic area — including competitor locations and your own service territory.

Many clients run both for maximum coverage — capturing high-intent search traffic with PPC and staying top-of-mind in their local area with Geo-Fencing.

Connected TV (CTV) refers to streaming devices and smart TVs — Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, Hulu, and similar platforms. Our Geo-Fencing program includes CTV ad placements, so your video ad can appear in streaming apps on the TVs of people who have entered your geo-fenced area. It's like local TV advertising but targeted to your exact geographic audience without the massive cost of traditional broadcast.

It depends on the service. For Local Service Ads, you set and control your own monthly budget directly with Google — we manage the campaign, but you fund the ad spend separately. For Geo-Fencing, your campaign budget is included in the package pricing. For Google PPC and Meta Ads, ad spend is typically separate from our management fee. We'll be clear about this on your strategy call before you commit to anything.

Yes. Our mobile and CTV geo-fencing program has been approved for Farmers Insurance agent co-op ad dollar reimbursement.   • Essentials — $999 + $97/mo: A clean, professional website from one of our industry-ready templates. Ideal for businesses that need a solid online presence fast.
  • Pro — $1,499 + $97/mo: Our most popular package. More pages, more customization, and includes enhanced conversion features.
  • Premium — $1,999 + $197/mo: Our most comprehensive package with full custom design, more pages, and priority support.

Most websites launch within 7–14 business days from the time we receive your deposit and onboarding information. The biggest factor in timeline is how quickly you provide your content (logo, photos, service descriptions) and approve design mockups. We'll keep you updated at every stage and work around your schedule.

Yes — upon full payment, you own the website content and design. Websites are built and hosted on the Complete360 platform (which requires an active monthly hosting subscription to stay live). If you ever cancel hosting, we'll work with you on options for migrating your content. Your custom content always belongs to you.

Yes, with access to the platform you can make content edits. We also handle routine updates for our hosting clients — if you need text changes, new photos, or page updates, just reach out and we'll take care of it. Major structural redesigns would be quoted separately.

Yes on both. All our websites are built mobile-first — they look and function great on phones, tablets, and desktops. They're also built with SEO fundamentals in place out of the box: fast load times, clean code structure, proper heading hierarchy, meta tags, and SSL security. Billing & Refunds

No long-term contracts on most services. Monthly services (GBP Management, CRM, website hosting) can be cancelled anytime — just let us know before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Annual services (Local SEO Booster) are billed yearly and are not eligible for a prorated refund, but you can cancel to avoid renewal.

We earn your business month to month. That said, services like SEO and GBP management take time to compound — clients who stick with a consistent strategy for 90+ days see the best results.

We accept all major payment methods through our secure online payment portal at complete360.org/payments:

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at (866) 527-6205 — we review all billing disputes in good faith.

Yes. If you're not satisfied with the results of your Complete360 marketing campaign at the end of your service period, we will extend your campaign duration at no additional charge. This applies to eligible ongoing marketing services where the client has met all onboarding requirements. Contact us to discuss eligibility — we stand behind our work.

If a payment fails, our system will automatically retry it. If the payment is still unsuccessful after two attempts, your services may be temporarily paused until the balance is resolved. We'll notify you by email if this happens. To update your payment method or resolve a failed payment, contact us at (866) 527-6205 and we'll get it sorted quickly.

Yes — a receipt is automatically emailed to the address on file after every payment. If you don't see it, check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can't find it, call us at (866) 527-6205 and we'll resend it right away. You can also make payments directly at complete360.org/payments.
