6.2 — Client Use of the CRM Platform

Complete360 provides a CRM platform that enables our clients to send their own email and SMS marketing communications to their customers. When clients use our platform for this purpose:

  • Client responsibility: Our clients are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent from their own contacts before sending marketing messages, in accordance with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and any other applicable laws.
  • Data processing: We process contact data on behalf of our clients as a service provider. We do not use client contact lists for our own marketing purposes.
  • Compliance tools: Our platform includes built-in unsubscribe and opt-out management tools. Clients are required to use these features appropriately.
  • Abuse policy: We reserve the right to suspend platform access for any client found to be using our system to send unsolicited, deceptive, or illegal communications.
