What We Do

Your reviews, handled for you — start to finish.

Nearly every customer checks reviews before they call. They're not just looking at your star rating — they're looking at how recent the reviews are and whether the owner bothers to reply. Most businesses lose on both counts, because asking for reviews is the first thing that falls off a busy day.

We take it off your plate. Every customer gets asked automatically. Every review that comes in gets a written response. And when someone had a bad experience, we route them to you privately instead of straight to your public profile — so you get a chance to fix it while it's still fixable.

A single unanswered one-star review sitting at the top of your profile can cost you more calls than ten good reviews win back. Response speed is the part you control.

Two Ways to Ask

Ask on the spot. Or ask from your phone.

The best moment to ask for a review is the moment the customer is happiest — while you're still with them, or right after you pull out of the driveway. You get both.

Your review card A digital card branded to your business, with a QR code that opens your review page the moment a customer points their camera at it. Pull it up on your phone, put it on a screen, or drop the image into anything you already send.
The request form Type in a customer's name, phone, and email — that's it. The system sends the request, follows up if they don't respond, and stops the moment they leave a review.
Both feed the same place QR scans and form requests run through the same flow, so every review lands in your dashboard and gets a response — no matter how the customer got there.

Negative Review Management

Hear it from your customer before you read it on Google.

Most bad reviews aren't about the work — they're about something small that nobody got the chance to fix. Our review flow asks one question before anything else: thumbs up, or thumbs down? A thumbs up goes to Google. A thumbs down lands on a private feedback form and alerts you, while there's still time to make it right.

Why two thumbs and not five stars A star picker asks the customer to grade you, and grading takes thought — so a lot of people close the tab instead. Thumbs up or thumbs down is a gut reaction. It answers in one tap, more people finish it, and the ones who tap down have already decided they're unhappy before they reach a review box.
The window is short An unhappy customer who gets a call back the same afternoon usually doesn't post at all. The one who hears nothing for three days almost always does.
The feedback form captures what happened, when, and who they dealt with — enough detail to actually act on.
You're alerted by text and email the moment it comes in, not in a monthly summary.
If a negative review does post publicly, we draft a calm, professional response and flag it for you before it goes up.
Nothing is blocked or filtered. Any customer who wants to post publicly still can, at any point.
Private feedback — not published Goes only to the business owner

How It Works

Set up once. Runs on its own.

You finish the job. Everything after that — the ask, the follow-up, the reply — happens without you.

Quick Onboarding
We connect your Google profile and learn how you talk to customers. About 20 minutes.
Card & Links Built
Your branded review card, QR code, and request form are built and delivered to you.
Requests Go Out
Every customer gets asked — by text, email, or the card in their hand.
One Tap Routes It
Thumbs up goes to Google. Thumbs down comes to you privately, right away.
Every Review Answered
Responses are written and posted for you, usually within a day of the review landing.
What's Actually In It

Six things running in the background.

Not a dashboard you have to log into. A system that does the asking, the answering, and the catching for you.

Automatic Review Responses
Every review gets a reply — written in your voice, specific to what the customer actually said, and posted usually within a day. Sensitive or negative reviews are flagged for your eyes before anything goes public.
Thumbs Up / Thumbs Down
Before anything is posted, the customer answers one question with one tap. Thumbs up goes to your Google review box. Thumbs down opens a private feedback form and alerts you immediately, so you can call them back while the problem is still fixable.
Branded QR Review Card
A digital card with your name, colors, and a QR code that opens your review page on the customer's phone — no typing, no searching for your listing. Use it on a screen, in an email, or anywhere else it's useful.
One-Click Request Form
Drop a customer's name and contact info into a simple form and the request sends itself. It follows up automatically if they don't respond, and stops the moment a review is left.
Monitoring & Alerts
We watch your profile continuously. New review, rating drop, or a complaint that needs a phone call — you hear about it by text and email the same hour, not at the end of the month.
Reviews On Your Website
Your best reviews display on your own site through a widget that refreshes itself — so the proof lives where your customers are already deciding, not just on Google.

Frequently Asked

Questions about Reputation Management

Get clear answers before you get started.

No — and we wouldn't, because that violates Google's policies and can get a profile penalized. What we do is ask one question — thumbs up or thumbs down — before pointing anyone anywhere. A thumbs up gets a direct link to your Google review box. A thumbs down is offered a private feedback form first, so you hear about the problem and get a chance to fix it. If that customer still wants to post publicly, nothing stops them. Every customer gets asked, and no review that gets written gets blocked.

Because five stars asks the customer to make a judgment, and a judgment takes thought. Is this a four or a five? Was the delay bad enough to knock off a star? That pause is where people close the tab. Thumbs up or thumbs down is a gut reaction — it answers in a single tap, so more customers finish the flow at all. It also sorts cleanly: someone who taps thumbs down has already decided they're unhappy, which means you hear about it on a feedback form instead of reading about it on your profile.

Responses are drafted automatically based on what the customer actually wrote, then checked for tone and accuracy before they post — so they read like you, not like a template. During onboarding we learn how you talk about your business and what you never want said publicly. Negative or sensitive reviews are always flagged for you before anything goes up.

A digital card branded to your business with a QR code on it, delivered to you as image and PDF files. The customer points their phone camera at the code and your review flow opens — no searching for your listing, no typing. Pull it up on your phone, show it on a screen, or add the image to anything you already send. Scans run through the same flow as text requests, so the same feedback routing applies.

There's a short form — name, phone, email — that you or anyone on your team can fill out from a phone or laptop. Submit it and the system sends the request by text and email, follows up if there's no response, and stops as soon as a review is left. You can also send requests in batches if you have a list of past customers you'd like to ask.

New reviews usually start arriving within the first two weeks, since most businesses have a backlog of happy customers who were simply never asked. How fast your overall star average moves depends on how many reviews you already have — a profile with 20 reviews shifts quickly, one with 400 takes longer. What changes immediately either way is response rate and recency, which is what a prospect reading your profile actually notices.

Google is the default because that's where local buying decisions get made, and it's where we focus. Facebook and other major review platforms can be connected for monitoring and responses as well — tell us which ones matter in your industry and we'll set them up during onboarding.

Only the length of the term and the price. The service itself is identical on all four plans — same review responses, same negative feedback capture, same review card, same request form, same support. Committing to a longer term is what brings the monthly rate down — 10% off for a quarter, 20% for six months, 30% for a year — so an annual client pays $139 a month for exactly what a month-to-month client pays $199 for. Nothing is held back for the bigger plans.

Yes. Just let us know at least 10 days before your next billing date and that renewal won't be charged — no long-term commitment on the monthly plan. The quarterly, semi-annual, and annual terms are prepaid and non-refundable once work begins, which is what earns the 10%, 20% and 30% discounts; the same 10-day notice applies to the renewal at the end of a prepaid term. We'll walk through all of it on the call before you decide.

Not required — Reputation Management stands on its own. That said, reviews are one of the strongest signals Google uses to rank local businesses, so the two work together: this program brings the reviews in, and GBP Management makes sure the profile they're landing on is complete, active, and showing up in the map pack.
