Most customers will see and contact you through your GBP before they ever visit your website. A website and a GBP work together, but the GBP is your most visible local presence.
Absolutely. If you already have a listing, we'll audit what's there, clean up any issues, and fully optimize everything that's been missed. Many business owners set up a basic listing themselves years ago and it's sitting mostly empty. We take it over, verify it properly if that hasn't been done, and build it out the right way. No starting over from scratch — we work with what you have.
The profile build is typically complete in 3–4 business days after we receive your intake form. Verification timelines vary — phone or video verification can happen same day, while postcard verification from Google takes 5–7 business days. We'll let you know which method applies and keep you updated through the process. Most clients are fully live within one week.
After you purchase, we'll send you a short intake form. It takes about 10 minutes to fill out and covers your business name, address or service area, hours, phone number, website, and the services you offer. If you have photos or videos of your work, team, or location, we'll ask you to share those too. If you don't have professional photos yet, we'll work with what you have and can advise on what to get.
No — the $399 setup is a one-time fee with no ongoing obligation. Once your profile is live, you own it and can manage it yourself. That said, many clients add our GBP Monthly Management service (from $349/mo) to keep their profile active with regular posts, review responses, photo updates, and ranking improvements. It's optional but recommended if you want to stay competitive in your market.

Yes, always. Your Google Business Profile belongs to you. We set it up under your Google account (or help you create one) and you retain full owner access at all times. We're added as a manager so we can work on it, but you can remove our access at any time. We believe in full transparency — you own everything we build for you.
