Yes — posting requires a verified Google Business Profile that we can access to publish on your behalf. If you don't have one yet, no problem: we offer a one-time GBP Setup for $399 to get you verified and ready, then posting can begin.
No — it's fully done for you. During onboarding you tell us about your business, services, and any recurring offers, and from there our team handles the writing and design every week. If you'd like to review posts before they go live or send us specific promotions to feature, just let your account contact know and we'll work it into the schedule.
