With Google PPC you pay every time someone clicks your ad — even if they never call you. With LSA you only pay when a customer actually contacts you through Google. LSA ads also appear above PPC results in the search page, carry a Google Guaranteed or Screened badge, and display your star rating right in the ad. The $499 setup fee applies to the LSA Management plan and is collected at onboarding alongside your first month's payment — so your total day-one charge on that plan is $848. The setup fee is waived entirely on the Platinum Package, which is one of the reasons the bundle represents such strong value. If you already have an active, verified LSA account in good standing, ask us on your strategy call — we review those on a case-by-case basis and may waive or reduce setup depending on the account's condition.
From kickoff call to live ads is typically 1–3 weeks. The main variable is Google's verification timeline — background checks and license reviews can take a few business days on Google's end. We initiate everything in parallel so nothing waits on something else. Once verified, ads can go live within 24 hours of us activating the account.
Ad spend is set by you and billed directly by Google — it's completely separate from our management fee. Most of our clients start with a $500–$1,500/mo ad budget depending on their market, industry, and how aggressively they want to compete. We'll give you a specific recommendation on your strategy call based on your area and category. You control your budget and can adjust it anytime.
Google allows you to dispute leads that don't match your advertised services — spam calls, solicitations, wrong job types, repeat contacts, etc. On both management plans, we actively review your lead history and submit disputes on your behalf. Approved disputes are refunded as credits to your Google account. This is one of the most valuable parts of our ongoing management — left unmanaged, a typical LSA account loses 15–25% of budget to undisputed bad leads.
The Platinum Package bundles LSA Management ($349/mo), Google Business Profile Management (normally $349/mo), and Reputation Management — all for $599/mo. That's a significant saving, but more importantly, your LSA ads and your GBP work together: a well-optimized GBP with strong reviews directly improves your LSA ranking because Google's algorithm weighs your ratings and review volume when deciding who to show first. Running both under one team — with one performance report — produces materially better results than managing them separately.
Yes — the 3-, 6-, and 12-month commitment tiers are paid in full upfront in exchange for the discount. That's how we're able to offer 10%, 20%, and 30% off the monthly rate. There are no contracts or penalties — you simply pay the full period amount at the start. If for any reason things don't work out mid-period, unused months are non-refundable, but there's no additional fee or obligation. Month-to-month plans stay flexible and can cancel with 30 days' notice. Most clients start month-to-month, see results in the first 60 days, and then lock in a 6- or 12-month rate to maximize their savings.
