Mobile geo-fencing ads are banner ads that appear on phones and tablets as people browse apps and websites. CTV ads are full-screen video ads that play on TV screens during streaming content — think Hulu, Peacock, Pluto TV, and thousands of other streaming apps. CTV ads are non-skippable and command much higher attention than mobile banners.
