They're two separate costs. Your management fee — the plan you select here — is paid to Complete360 for building, running, and optimizing your campaigns. Your ad budget is paid directly to Meta and funds the actual ads; we recommend a minimum of $600/mo for effective local lead generation. You always own and control your ad account, and we never mark up your ad spend.
Yes — a one-time $499 setup fee applies to every plan. It covers onboarding, ad-account and tracking setup, audience research, and building your first campaign. It's a separate one-time charge from your monthly (or prepaid) management fee, and it's shown on your order before you pay.
We need access to your Meta ad account through Meta Business Manager — or we'll help you create one during onboarding. This lets us build and manage campaigns on your behalf. You retain full ownership of the ad account and your billing at all times; we only use the access to run and optimize your campaigns.
We handle all of it — strategy, ad copy, creative design, and lead forms. During onboarding you tell us about your business, services, and offers, and from there our team builds everything. You'll review and approve the direction, but you won't be stuck making ads. If you have brand assets or photos you'd like us to use, we'll happily work them in.
Most campaigns launch within a few business days of completing onboarding. We'll send you a simple intake form right after checkout to collect your business details, ad-account access, and offers. Meta's system then uses the early period to learn who converts best, so performance and cost per lead keep improving as we optimize.

The Month-to-Month plan can be cancelled anytime. The one-time setup fee covers work already completed, so it isn't part of the credit.
