Everything you need to know about our Facebook & Instagram posting service before signing up.
We need admin access to your Facebook Business Page and your Instagram business account (connected via Meta Business Suite). This allows us to schedule and publish posts directly. You retain full ownership and control of your accounts at all times — we only use the access to post content on your behalf.
Every plan includes 8–12 posts per month, covering both Facebook and Instagram. That's roughly 2–3 posts per week — the consistent cadence Meta's algorithm rewards. Each post includes a custom branded graphic and a caption with hashtag strategy tailored to your audience and industry.
No — it's fully handled by our team. During onboarding you tell us about your brand, services, and any promotions you want featured. From there we handle the writing, design, and scheduling. If you'd like to review posts before they go live, just let your account contact know and we'll build that approval step into your workflow.
No — this service covers organic posting only (no paid promotion). Posts are published to your pages and reach your existing followers and their networks. If you're interested in paid Meta advertising campaigns, that's a separate service we offer. Ask about it on your strategy call.
We mix content types to keep your pages engaging — promotional posts highlighting your services or offers, educational tips related to your industry, seasonal content, local community posts, and behind-the-scenes updates. Everything is written and designed specifically for your brand, not recycled generic content.
The Month-to-Month plan can be cancelled anytime with 30 days' notice. The 6-Month and 12-Month plans are prepaid for the full term at a lower effective monthly rate. You can upgrade to a longer term or add-on additional services at any time — just reach out to your account manager.
Most clients are posting within 5–7 business days of completing onboarding. We'll send you a simple intake form right after checkout to collect your brand assets, access details, and content preferences. Once that's complete, our team gets to work on your first month's content calendar.
