What exactly is a ProCard?+

A ProCard is a mobile-optimized digital business card that lives as a link — shareable via text, email, QR code, or social media. When someone opens your ProCard on their phone, they see your headshot, contact info, social links, and action buttons. One tap saves your contact directly to their phone. No app needed on either end.

Is there a monthly fee after I purchase?+

No. Both Basic and Premium are one-time payments. You pay once, you own it forever — no subscriptions, no monthly platform fees, no surprises. The yearly "Freshen Up" design refresh is included in that one-time price.

How long does it take to get my ProCard?+

Most ProCards are designed and delivered within 3–5 business days of receiving your assets (headshot, logo, info). We'll send you a preview link for review before anything goes live — you approve it before we hand it over.

What's the "Freshen Up" included?+

Once per year, we'll update your ProCard — new headshot if you have one, updated job title or contact info, refreshed design if needed. This keeps your card feeling current without any additional cost. Just reach out when you're ready for your annual update.

Can I update my ProCard after it's launched?+

Yes — minor updates like phone number changes, new social links, or button edits can be requested anytime. For a full redesign or significant content overhaul outside your yearly Freshen Up, we'll provide a small refresh quote. Day-to-day tweaks are handled as part of your ongoing relationship with our team.

What's the difference between Basic and Premium?+

Basic gives you a polished, fully functional digital card — headshot, logo, action buttons, social links, vCard save, and QR code. Premium adds a full bio page, lead magnet form, e-book/PDF download, embedded office map, live news feed, and Calendly/booking integration. If you want your ProCard to actively generate leads and appointments, Premium is the right tier.

What information do I need to provide to get started?+

We'll need your headshot (professional photo), company logo, name and title, phone number, email, website URL, and any social media handles you want linked. For Premium, we'll also need a short bio paragraph and any lead magnet or PDF you'd like offered. We'll send you a simple intake form right after checkout.
