Most websites are completed within 2–3 weeks from your kickoff strategy call. Timeline depends on how quickly we receive your content (photos, copy, logo) and revision turnaround. We'll keep you updated at every step and won't launch without your final approval.
Yes — your website is built on a platform that allows us to make changes on your behalf as part of your monthly plan. If you'd like to make edits yourself, we can walk you through the basics. Most clients simply send us change requests and we handle them — usually within 1–2 business days.
Absolutely. If you already have a website, we'll review it during your strategy call, identify what's working and what isn't, and build you a new site from scratch on our platform. Your old site stays live until the new one is ready to launch — zero downtime.
No problem — we'll connect your existing domain to your new Complete360 website. We'll walk you through the DNS update process (or do it with you). If you don't have a domain yet, we'll help you choose and register one.
The monthly fee covers secure managed hosting, SSL certificate, platform updates, ongoing maintenance, and access to your account manager for content changes and support. Essentials and Pro are $97/mo. Premium is $197/mo and includes priority support and more frequent updates.
No — every site is customized to your brand. We start from an industry-ready template (colors, layout, structure) and then apply your logo, brand colors, photos, and content. The result looks and feels unique to your business, not like a generic template.
We can build pretty much anything — booking systems, lead capture forms, chat widgets, photo galleries, service area pages, pricing pages, video sections, and more. Pro and Premium plans have more room for custom features. If you have something specific in mind, just let us know during your strategy call and we'll let you know what's included vs. what would be an add-on.
You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. If you cancel, your website will remain hosted through the end of your billing period. We'll export your content so you're not left without anything. You always own your domain and your content — we never hold your site hostage.
